Julefest, Nov 29th!

Start off your holiday season with the 5th Annual Julefest, the Twin Cities' Nordic Christmas party! Register online by Nov 26th.

This year, the Julefest partnering organizations are excited to host this event at the newly renovated Watson Block, in Minneapolis' Historic Warehouse District. This unique space combines the historic aesthetic of brick and timber construction along with elegant contemporary finishes.

When: Thursday, November 29, 2018, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST
Where: The trendy Watson Block, 256 North 1st Avenue, Minneapolis

Pricing is $70 for ‘hosted’ adults with bar access, $60 without bar access and $30 for students. 

Independence Day Reception at Norway House

Join the Finnish community and socialize with friends over appetizers, desserts, and a range of beverages. Spirited singing of the national anthem and greetings from President Niinistö will be a part of the program at 5:45 pm. Ongoing video viewing of the President's Reception at the Presidential Palace. Donations accepted.

Enjoy the steam at the Rooftop Sauna After-party

The sauna will be hot at the beautiful Hewing Hotel in downtown Minneapolis for a rooftop lounge gathering. Enjoy magnificent views of Minneapolis while cooling down from the sauna, swimming, or relaxing in the whirlpool--or just enjoying an evening on the rooftop. Food and drinks will be available at the bar. Ages 21+. Tickets: $25.
