We are pleased to invite you to an exciting networking and information session breakfast on March 1st.
In 2021, the City of New York and the Trust for Governors Island launched a global competition to invite universities, and research institutions to share their vision for how they would program, build, and operate a premier facility to develop solutions that ready communities for climate change and create cross-sectoral educational programs to support the growth of high-quality green jobs in New York City. The Center for Climate Solutions is projected to create 7,000+ direct new jobs and approximately $1B in economic impact for New York City.
Join us for a Breakfast Information Session to hear from Alex Brady, Vice President and head of the Real Estate and Planning team at the Trust for Governors Island. Alex will provide a comprehensive overview of the project and share insights on how Finnish businesses can become involved.
This event offers a rare opportunity for Finnish companies to learn about the groundbreaking work being planned to be done at the Governors Island Climate Center and how they can play a key role in building a more sustainable future for New York. You will also hear from the Consulate team about a September climate solutions kick-off event where your climate-focused innovations and ideas may be showcased. Don't miss out on this chance to gain valuable knowledge and connect with peers and industry leaders.
